Benefits of Connecting Multiple Banks

Adding more banks to your Citizens Treasury Intelligence instance significantly increases the value of the platform.

1. Complete Cash Visibility That Improves with Coverage

Connecting multiple banks gives teams a single, real-time view of total cash across all institutions and accounts.

As additional banks are connected, the value of that visibility increases because more of the company’s liquidity picture is represented in one place.

We consistently see that customers are most satisfied once they reach ~85%+ of their total cash coverage in Citizens Treasury Intelligence, when the platform effectively becomes a trusted source of truth for cash.

2. Better Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting

When more banks are connected, reporting and forecasting quality improves significantly.

With broader coverage of balances and transactions, treasury teams can:

  • Generate more complete reporting

  • Analyze additional trends across the business

  • Build more reliable liquidity forecasts

  • Improve strategic cash planning

3. Less Manual Work Across Banking Portals

Connecting multiple banks reduces the need to:

  • Log into multiple banking portals

  • Download statements manually

  • Consolidate spreadsheets across institutions

Treasury teams instead access standardized bank data in one platform, saving time and reducing reconciliation work.
