Sage Intacct Onboarding Flow (Single Account):
1. Enable Sage Cloud Services for your Sage Intacct instance

Navigate to Cash Management > All > Accounts > Checking
Click Edit on the account in which you’d like to receive transactions from Citizens Treasury Intelligence
Navigate to the Banking cloud tab of the checking account and click Connect

Select a transaction history start date by clicking the calendar, selecting a desired start date (how far back to upload historical transactions from), and click Confirm. If you do not click Confirm, your start date may not be saved.
After clicking Confirm on the start date, the start date should be saved in the box below “Download starting from”. Then click Finish.
To complete the process, click Confirm. This will kick off the transaction upload step. The transactions uploader should be able to handle any volume of transactions given to it. The current estimated processing time is about 2 minutes per 2000 transactions. Times may vary.
Once you have confirmed the connection, you should be redirected to this screen. The time it takes to present uploaded data varies.
To view the uploaded transactions, navigate back to Cash Management > All > Accounts > Checking
Now click View on the newly linked account.
